Another self reflexology sequence for stress and anxiety

This short hand reflexology sequence is a great stress reliever.  So if you are feeling the strain of working from home, home schooling or general lockdown pressures, you may want to take time out for yourself and have a go.  It lasts just over 2 minutes and was created by the AOR.
